Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sionk.business@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement if applicable.

Eligibility for Replacement
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
