Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times
Japan: 2–5 business days
International: 7–14 business days depending on destination

Customs & Import Fees (EU Orders)
Orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Address
